WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH - RUN AWAY FAST - Gecko TSC-19 GE-1 Keypad with overlay
I ordered a top controller for my hot tub in Feb 2014. They sent the wrong part. Then I called and called and called as they wont return phone calls. I emailed and emailed and emailed as they wont return those either. Finally, after exhaustive fighting with them and sending them pictures they realized they sent me the wrong part..DUH... So, 3 months later, end of May, I get the replacement part. THEY SENT THE WRONG PART AGAIN. Obviously an IQ test isn't a requirement for working there. If you look at the invoice and look at the part (not the sticker on the bag but the actual part), you will see there is a difference between the letters "K" and "TSC". Unless you cant read of course. So, 3 months later I am still stuck with a broken hot tub. Thanks for all your help Pool Supply World. I suspect by Christmas I might be able to get the part I ordered. What I should do is buy it from someone else. By the time Pool Supply World responds and sends another part my kids will be grandparents.
